What is inDrive?

inDrive is a rideshare service similar to Uber and is widely used by locals in Puerto Vallarta, though it is not officially authorized by the city. Unlike Uber, inDrive operates on a negotiation-based system where passengers propose a fare, and drivers can accept, counteroffer, or decline. Because of this, service may be inconsistent. Additionally, inDrive requires cash payment, as credit card payments through the app are not an option.
