Artist Spotlight: Nacho Granados

Ignacio Martínez Granados (known professionally as Nacho Granados) is an Argentinian singer and performer, born in 1984 in Buenos Aires. His artistic journey began at 18, when he immersed himself in over seven years of intensive musical theatre training.

At 22, Nacho made his professional debut, launching a vibrant career that would span children’s musicals, Broadway-style productions, and his own live shows in pubs, nightclubs, and restaurants.

In 2011, he relocated to Playa del Carmen, Mexico, where he quickly became a standout on the bustling 5th Avenue, captivating audiences at major events across the Mayan Riviera. During this time, he met producer Chris López—a pivotal collaboration that propelled his career to new heights.

Following this success, Nacho moved to Puerto Vallarta, where he performed at top hotels and resorts and joined the roster at The Palm Cabaret. His credits there include standout productions such as Boys on Fire, British Invasion, Temptation, and Burlesque, as well as his acclaimed solo shows My Way and Sex Bomb (a tribute to Tom Jones), both directed by Chris López.

Today, Nacho continues to enchant audiences with his solo performances every Friday night at La Catrina Cantina.
