Begin with your choice of a vibrant Strawberry Burrata Salad with mixed greens and a touch of balsamic, or a comforting bowl of Creamy Corn Chowder featuring sweet corn, potatoes, and a hint of smoked paprika.
For your main course, choose from the hearty Rigatoni a la Vodka with Alex’s all-natural Italian sausage and fresh peas, the tender and flavorful Slow-Roasted Pernil with rice, black beans, and salsa verde, or the comforting vegetarian Braised Mixed Mushroom “Pie” with sherry and olive oil mashed potatoes.
