Our community is facing a critical blood shortage. If you’re eligible, this is your moment to make a real difference.

🩺 Donation Requirements:
✔️ Fasting: No less than 4 hours, no more than 8
✔️ Ages 18–65 only
✔️ No tattoos or piercings in the last year
✔️ No recent vaccines, surgeries, or illnesses
✔️ No alcohol for at least 3 days
✔️ Some medications disqualify or must be paused
✔️ Bring valid ID
