Illumination V Dinner & Show returns to its luxury beachside venue Shangri-La, Marina Vallarta for its 5th annual on Thursday February 27th, at 6pm.

Expect a dazzling evening to remember under the stars, all for a worthy cause. Once again, this year’s cuisine is catered by the talents of Vatel Club México, a consortium of our region’s top chefs, started by Thierry Blouet (Café des Artistes). The event will be led by Memo Wulff (Barrio Bistro), plus more popular chefs from Vallarta to be confirmed soon.
