La Pasion de Cristo (The Passion of Christ)

Everyone is invited to attend The Passion of Christ, a great Catholic event on Good Friday, April 18, 2025.

We will start at 10:00 AM with the first station at Lázaro Cárdenas Park and proceed along the malecón to Hidalgo Park where Jesus is crucified.

Attendance is free, however, we have never before asked for donations, but this year we are in need.

Hundreds of people have been able to see this special production over the years because Guerreros de Dios Catholic Group has been performing the live representation of The Passion of Christ since 2007. It takes a lot of work to get everything together to pull off this amazing production.

We would appreciate cash donations prior to the event to purchase water, electrolytes, beans, tortas, and Jamaica water for the 100 participants after the production. Half liter bottles of water or any brand of electrolytes bottles could be donated instead of a cash donation.

There are at least 100 people involved this year, so your kind donation will be greatly appreciated!!!
