Mexico Independence Day Parade

Every year on September 16th the main streets and avenues of Puerto Vallarta host a civic and military parade celebrating  the Independence of Mexico.

Follow the traditional path that starts at Parque Hidalgo, all the way through the boardwalk malecon, and finishes at the Main Square. September is Mexico’s party that shows the civic aspect, as well as the gallantry and discipline of Vallarta’s youth, highlighting a patriotic sense, social responsibility and partnership above all.
