With over 50 years in the entertainment industry, Kevin Anthony is an esteemed international headliner whose dynamic performances have captivated audiences across 28 countries. A native New Yorker and Principal Broadway Artist, Kevin-Anthony is now proud to call Puerto Vallarta home.
Throughout his illustrious career, Kevin Anthony has showcased his exceptional vocal abilities and charismatic stage presence in acclaimed Broadway and National Tour productions such as Miss Saigon, Grease, Dreamgirls, and Saturday Night Fever. His talent has led him to prestigious stages, including a featured performance at the White House for President Bill Clinton and Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton. His leading roles have garnered praise from prominent publications like USA Today, The New York Times, and The Washington Post, cementing his reputation as a versatile and compelling performer.
An entrepreneur at heart, Kevin Anthony has paralleled his on-stage success with significant achievements behind the scenes. He co-founded B2: Productions, producing notable events such as the New York City showcase Black 2: Broadway. Leveraging his extensive network and industry insight, he has worked as a booking agent, creating opportunities for fellow artists with renowned venues and organizations including B.B. King Blues Club NYC, Joe’s Pub NYC, Birdland Jazz Club, The Triad NYC, and more. His efforts have facilitated performances for celebrated artists like George Clinton, Phoebe Snow, Ruth Brown, Anita Baker, Jennifer Holliday, Savion Glover, Shanice, Shirley Murdock, and Rahsaan Patterson, among others. Kevin-Anthony’s dedication to the performing arts and his strong business ethics have earned him widespread respect both on and off the stage.
Since relocating to Mexico, Kevin Anthony has become an integral part of the Puerto Vallarta and Nuevo Vallarta artist communities. After a successful three-year tenure at Vidanta, he has spent the past four years headlining at the region’s top venues, delighting local and international audiences alike. In addition to his captivating performances, he continues to contribute to the vibrant arts scene by producing a variety of shows throughout the city, sharing his passion and experience with a new generation of performers and fans.
